ZoeAnnDesign is seeking motivated, UK-based freelance Sales Representatives to introduce high-value clients to premium design and marketing services. This is a commission-only opportunity, ideal for self-starters who enjoy networking and connecting businesses with high-quality creative solutions. You focus on bringing in partially qualified leads; the agency handles the pitching and closing.
Role Overview
Introduce warm, relevant leads (businesses actively interested in design/marketing services) through your own networks.
Pre-qualify prospects by confirming interest, basic budget fit, and decision-maker involvement before handover.
Pass leads directly to the agency for full qualification, proposal, and closing.
Work fully remotely, using your own methods, channels, and schedule, no scripts or exclusivity.
Requirements
UK resident with full legal right to work (British passport or valid ID required at agreement stage).
2+ years’ experience in non-corporate sales (freelance, self-employed, network-based, or similar).
Proven ability to source and nurture your own leads rather than relying on company-generated enquiries.
Access to relevant business networks (e.g. LinkedIn, industry events, local business communities).
Comfortable operating on a commission-only, performance-based basis.
Responsible for your own Self Assessment and tax obligations (commissions paid gross into your UK bank account).
Compensation
This is a performance-based, commission-only role.
Your share is 5% of the total project value, paid only after the client has signed and paid their deposit.
Minimum qualifying project value: £3,000.
Example: For a £10,000 project, you earn £500 commission (5% of £10,000), paid directly to your UK bank account after deposit receipt. There is no cap on earnings and no time limit: you earn whenever a client you brought in becomes a paying customer.

Give a real example of closing a £3,000+ service sale solo. What objections did you encounter, how did you handle them, and what was the timeline from first contact to close?
Explain how you currently track and report lead outcomes (yes/no, value, stage). Provide a sample, framework, or brief description from past freelance work.
Confirm your UK work status: what ID will you provide (e.g. last 4 digits of your passport number)? Summarise your experience handling Self Assessment and tax submissions as a freelancer or self-employed person.
